The ancient peace and tranquility of a lotus pond
This conceptual piece captures the ancient peace and tranquility of a lotus pond. The colours are reminiscent of artwork from antiquity… ancient pieces from a bygone era. Brassy-gold hues cradle peony pink lotus flowers, with layers of acrylic paint and mica pigment powder lying beneath the pond barely visible, peeping through the covering of lotuses.
A truly beautiful piece befitting a home of elegance and serenity.
