Frequently Asked Questions - Original Artworks
Let’s have a cuppa and chat about some of your questions. . .
Additional FAQs in relation to my Inkworks are in the section below this one. Please contact me if you have any questions not answered here… and yes, both images below are real photos of my coffee and the patterns they formed on top as I was designing this website. I was unnaturally ecstatic about when I saw the yin yang symbol!

One. It’s important to me that the original piece of art is the only copy available, giving the investor and art collector exclusive ownership of the piece.
-
Yes, I deliver anywhere the investors are. Courier service options and shipping costs (set by the courier service) are provided at the time of purchase. You will need to pay any/all import costs once it arrives in your country.
-
I cover all postage costs, even overseas deliveries.
International investors will need to cover import costs. Check your country’s details in relation to these costs. They range from approximately 5% of the value of the artwork to 27%, depending on the country (or just over 30% in one country).
You will receive a Certificate of Authenticity (which may be considered to be a Certificate of Origin).

Yes, customised to the art lover and collector’s preferred size, orientation (square, portrait, or landscape), canvas type (thick or thin edge), canvas material (cotton or linen), and the preferred colours and textures for their bespoke piece.

I will arrange for your item to be posted within 1 to 2 weeks from receiving your order.
Australian orders are usually processed and delivered in approximately 6 business days.
Depending on local processing times, the time taken for international orders is usually between 6 to 10 business days.
You will be provided with tracking details once your artwork has been posted. Please contact me if you are concerned there is a delay in receiving your artwork.
-
You can refuse to accept the item from the postal or courier service and request they officially mark it as having been received damage.
I’ve got your back! Just take high quality photographs of the package, the packaging, and the damaged artwork and send them to me as soon as you can.
You will be covered, it will just depend on what the best solution will be.
I will be unable to replace it, of course, as each piece is unique and irreplaceable, but either a full refund or replacement with a new piece can be arranged once the postal insurance process has been finalised.
If the damage is only to the floating frame, I will send you a new one free of charge.
Please refer to my Terms & Conditions.
-
No, I do not offer refunds, so as an art investor, please ensure you contact me to help with any questions, clarification or concerns before deciding to invest in a piece of art.
Before deciding, I’m able to provide you with detailed close-up photographs of sections of the piece if you would like them.
-
I retain copyright of all my artworks, and copies of them must not be made without my express authority to do so.
-
It’s included in the price… so no nasty surprises at the checkout.
In Australia, we pay GST (Goods and Services Tax), and I am registered to pay 10% GST on each piece of art. This is already included in the price shown.
